We had a phenomenal experience working with Wendy. She was super responsive to our request and questions, and she knew far more than we had ever hoped to know about the process of buying a home. She worked super hard at negotiating and had to work even harder at it when the appraisal came in lower then expected. She kept us informed every step of the way and always had a super positive attitude. She is what you call a well rounded realtor.
Her schedule is very flexible and was always available to us. She was super patient in explaining every detail so that we would all be on the same page. Without Wendy we would not have gotten this far. She worked so hard to make our dream happen!!! We felt so blessed to have her as our realtor. I highly recommend Wendy she was a real pleasure to work with.
We listed our home with Wendy and it was under contract in four days. We Were very impressed with her knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the home selling process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with an realtor than I had with Wendy. She was always available for me when I had any questions about anything during the home search and buying process. She was a complete professional and was great to work with. If you're looking for someone who's always in your corner, Wendy should be your choice. She was very upfront and honest about things and was working hard to get me the exact house I was looking for. We probably looked at about 30 houses during my process. I would text her constantly, and be like "Look at this one!" and she always responded to me no matter what. I was probably more difficult to work with but she always made it a great experience!
Wendy was great! She helped me sell and buy and made this process smooth and easy for my family of 7. She set me up on a portal that sent me emails as soon as house’s came on the market that fit my criteria. I had a lot of needs when it came to finding my new forever home, location, price, size, etc. Wendy was able to fulfill ALL of my needs! She went above and beyond. She was always available and knowledgeable. Every time I’d call she’d answer or if I’d text she’d reply within minutes. She was able to connect me with a lender that she trusts and we were able to close within 3 weeks! All around a great experience. Even though I’m not moving again for a long time I’d recommend her in a heart beat!
In a sale that became far more complicated than anticipated due to two out of state probates, Wendy went far above and beyond to get this sale completed and to help us keep costs down. I highly recommend her services.
